Kiowa County Public Library District serves the library community by providing quality recreational, informational, and educational materials and services in multiple formats for use by all patrons. Kiowa County Public Library District actively participates the global information network while maintaining focus on local community needs. Knowledgeable Board and Staff provide leadership by advocating for libraries, anticipating community needs, creating partnerships, managing funds, and supporting intellectual freedom.
